Launch Campaign

THE COMPANY

Informed by the rich history of textile production in Durham, North Carolina, Spoonflower brings textiles to life in a sustainable, eco-friendly way using print-on-demand technology.

What happens when two companies, both grounded in historic North Carolina craft traditions and environmental care, join forces? A colorful collaboration.

We partnered to tell each other’s stories throughout 2023, activating their global artist community in Design Challenges inspired by East Fork color launches, and then showcasing the winning designs in East Fork stores and online.

the work

We worked with both teams to create a year-long campaign to grow brand awareness crossover and new customer acquisition. Campaign included contest activations, site content, email, social, and in-store events.

the results

  • 1M+ audience reach

  • New customer acquisition & revenue

  • Three East Fork store pop-up weekends with Spoonflower

  • Highlighted 30 artist winners in design challenges

  • Proceeds from Spoonflower’s pop-up sales went directly to our quarterly community partners

A modern story of North Carolina heritage crafts.

The partnership with East Fork literally is the most authentic collaboration we could conjure…between the shared values and the importance of color in our storytelling, we have a lot of commonalities that make sense to me.
