THE BRAND
Haven’s Kitchen (2012-2025), founded by Alison Cayne, created globally-inspired sauces were non-GMO, gluten-free and vegan.
Haven’s Kitchen, a thoughtful company that produced delicious squeeze sauces and recipes to provide ease in home kitchens everywhere, wanted to host an event at their NYC headquarters and cross promote the brand to aligned audiences between East Fork and Haven’s Kitchen.
We decided to throw an invite-only party in their light-filled carriage house loft in Chelsea and called up our mutual friend Justine Doiron, author of Justine Cooks, to co-host.
the work
I partnered with the HK team to create an easy party vibe, with a table piled high with food created from Justine’s recipes (plated on and with East Fork) and endless drinks. Guests were treated to a recipe demo by Justine to kick off the evening, then it was music, conversation, and hanging out until the party wind-down. Everyone left with core color pottery from East Fork and a sampler of sauces from Haven’s Kitchen.
