OFTB client Vinnie’s Neighborhood Italian has been named one of Tripadvisor’s 2026 Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best Casual Dining Restaurants in the United States, landing at No. 15 on the national list.
Vinnie’s is part of the Scheffer Group, the Asheville-based hospitality group behind several of the city’s longstanding restaurants — including fellow OFTB client Jettie Rae’s Oyster House, which also earned a spot on this year’s list.
Best of the Best is Tripadvisor’s highest Travelers’ Choice designation, determined by the reviews and opinions travelers share on the platform over a 12-month period. Of Tripadvisor’s eight million listings, fewer than one percent receive the distinction.
For anyone who has spent an evening at Vinnie’s, the reasons behind the recognition will feel familiar. Tripadvisor calls out the welcoming staff, generous portions, Italian favorites and creative cocktail menu that have helped make the restaurant a longtime Asheville favorite.
Vinnie’s holds a 4.9 rating across more than 900 Tripadvisor reviews and is one of just 25 restaurants selected for this year’s national Casual Dining list.
