Jettie Rae’s Teams Up With Chefs & Maker’s Mark For Always Asheville Benefit

Owner/chef Eric Scheffer and Executive Chef Antonio Perez of Jettie Rae’s Oyster House recently teamed up with other celebrated chefs in the city for a special evening with Maker’s Mark to benefit the Explore Asheville Always Asheville Fund.

Held in the beautiful Kessler Ballroom at The Grand Bohemian Lodge in Asheville, guests enjoyed a five-course dinner paired with Maker’s Mark cocktails and pours from a limited-edition, North Carolina–inspired wood finishing series.

Eric and Antonio shared the kitchen with acclaimed chefs and culinary leaders from Curate, Red Stag Grill, Gemelli, and Potential New Boyfriend.

Jettie Rae's featured a special dish of seared Hokkaido scallop, celeriac and Mexican vanilla puree, pioppino mushrooms, and black Burgundy truffles.

It was a successful evening raising funds to support recovery efforts for travel and hospitality businesses after Hurricane Helene. Thank you to the Red Stag Grill & Grand Bohemian teams, and a special thank you to Maker's Mark, for hosting this event.
