OFTB Welcomes Center for Craft
One For The Books welcomes national craft innovation hub, Center for Craft, to the agency.
We are thrilled to welcome Center for Craft to OFTB. In the organization’s words: “We’re here to resource, catalyze, and amplify how and why craft matters.”
Center for Craft is a national organization that supports and amplifies craft communities and is based in the heart of downtown Asheville, North Carolina. Their physical space supports and strengthens a network of emerging artists, designer-makers, teaching artists, and craft scholars, as well as tourists, the local community and entrepreneurs from various creative sectors. Additionally, they invest in the next generation of craft artists and leaders through extensive grant programs and ignite national conversations through exhibits, access to archives and libraries, and proactively learning with and from communities of practice.
We look forward to working with Center for Craft on a new campaign to raise awareness of, and celebrate, the 20th anniversary of their oldest grant program, the Craft Research Fund. OFTB will oversee campaign strategy, brand identity and brand system expansion, creative, editorial and digital assets for the campaign.
