Now Open: 2025 Squire Summer Writing Workshops

The North Carolina Writers’ Network’s signature summer event returns July 24–27, 2025, this time hosted at Davidson College, just north of Charlotte.

The Squire Summer Writing Workshops offer an immersive, four-day experience where writers dive deep into their craft through small-group intensive workshops, faculty readings, open mics, and meaningful community connections. This year’s genres include fiction, creative nonfiction, and poetry.
